A small coastal promontory fort - or more correctly a 'promontory enclosure' - discovered during Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance on 11th March 2024 (image refs: AP_2024-0109-10). A triangular promontory or bluff at 25m O.D. has been cut off by a pair of 40m ramparts, which run NW/SE. Both the outer and inner ramparts have an obvious central gateway, and are separated by rock cut ditches. On the basis of aerial evidence alone, there does not appear to be any firm indication of any house sites within the enclosure.
