The house consisted of irregular stone coursing which had been plastered on two sides externally and throughout internally. It had a traditional slate roof. The building had been vastly altered by the addition of outbuildings to three sides. The outbuildings appeared to be used for a mixture of storage and livestock and appeared to date to the late 19th to early 20th century. The interior had been updated using modern materials and did not retain much of its original features, bar two roof beams running parallel from the southwest to northeast gables. A recording was carried out before demolition in 2024.
