Farmhouse of type A with central stair passage. Timber framed partition, oven in fireplace, gable-end trusses. 18th century stone built house, one and a half stories, two rooms at lower end, hall at upper end. Lower rooms and dairy end parlour. Timber framed barn-weather boarded at lower end of house with door lintel inscribed. MHI - IW - ITV -IMC 1773.
