Small farmhouse of medieval origin with stable and cowhouse (NPRN 97937) in range. A lap-jointed cruck blade survives in situ between house and stable; another cruck-truss has been reused in the cowhouse. House demolished in 2001 revealing considerable quantities of reused masonry from Abbey Cwm-hir, including portions of an important medieval hooded fireplace with a carving of a woman's head. .
