Hares Green Farm, a farmstead with parallel ranges built on downhill sited platfroms at 835ft. on the hillside descending E. towards the Norton brook; other farm buildings are set around a court to the N. some of which are now modern, and there is a range on a higher platform to the W. of the house. The possible late-16th century house on the E. has been extended by the addition of a tall cross wing of 19th. century date, the earlier section being roofed at two levels.
