DescriptionThe first Dolau Baptist Chapel was built in 1767 by builder Richard Walker. This was rebuilt and enlarged in 1826, in the Italinate style with a long-wall entry plan. The vestry and the porch were added to the gable ends during the late nineteenth century. During the same period a gallery supported on cast iron pillars and facing a pitchpine and cast iron pulpit, a rose window and other internal fittings were installed.
