DescriptionGwyddelwern Methodist Chapel was built inin 1806, rebuilt 1832, again in 1870 and then enlarged in 1906. The present chapel, dated 1870, was designed by architect Richard Owen of Liverpool and stone built in the Sub-Classical style with a gable-entry plan. The facade has a large tri-partite window with rose window inset above the central doorway and a shallow projecting porch, flanked by round-headed sash windows.
