Description

A sub-oval enclosure on the south side of Mynydd Du, bissected by a 19th C tramroad, is located on a gentle south-facing slope. It measures some 60m (E-W) by c.30m within discontinuous and irregular strips of stone and boulders, best defined on the W and SW with a continuous strip 4m long, least well on the south and east. The strips are 1.5m-2m wide and up to 0.4m high.
Just beyond the S boundary is a stone pile 4m (NE-SW) by 3.5m and 0.4m high.
The site is possibly a cultivation plot .
