At least 10 ruined limekilns are clustered around outcrop exposures within an area some 150m across. Little evidence of former structure survives though in a couple of instances there is the suggestion of double (opposed) drawholes. Substantial remains occur at SN97831275, SN97931274, and SN97931267; they are earthworks at least 1m high.
