On the east bank of the Nant Garw lies a two-bay building measuring 8.9m N-S x 4.6m and built into rising ground on the east, with roughly built rubble & boulder walls spread to 1.2m wide and surviving to 1.1m high. The north bay (internally 1.9m N-S x 2.2m) has a possible entrance in the centre of the north wall, and the south bay (internally 3.4m N-S) entrance is at the south end of the west wall.
