1. Annealing Building, 1874. Stone rubble walls, slate roof.
2. Annealing-house at former Beaufort tin-plate works established 1859-60 by John Jones Jenkins. Dated 1874, it is the sole surviving building of the tin-plate industry in Swansea. At the time of Cadw survey (October 2003) the building was in a derelict state following fire damage.
