Late C18. Designed by William Edwards for the industrialist Sir John Morris. One of only two surviving Morriston houses which date from the town's first period of construction (the other being 35 Morfydd Street, NPRN 85241). 'Renaissance' symmetrical plan with central doorway and a rear lean-to which was added later. Ground-floor fenestration has been altered subsequently. Converted to shop.
