Description
Felin Dolanog refers to a group of buildings including a farm, corn mill and a pandy or fulling mill (NPRN 85303). The
former mill building lies on the south side of a minor road, and is aligned north-south. The front elevation faces east and has two storeys, the lower one of which is built into the bank; at the rear a central door leads into the upper storey. On the east side is a lower, two-storey wing which is supposed to be the original mill cottage; by c1800 the fulling mill, on the north side of the road, had fallen into disuse and became the millers' house.

The mill and cottage are built of whitewashed uncoursed rubblestone with large random quoins, under pitched slate roofs. The overshot waterwheel had been on the south gable, fed from a leat which was originally shared with the fulling mill. The wheel drove two pairs of stones, and in 1968 the sackhoist remained and there was evidence of a former wire-dressing machine.
