Aberangell Methodist Chapel was built in 1833 and rebuilt in 1871 to the design of architect David Williams of Gweinidog. The chapel was rebuilt again in 1888 and 1904. The present chapel, dated 1904, is built in the Romanesque style of the gable-entry type.
