1884 (OS 6-inch 1st Edn.): A tramroad running northwards from a coal level on the south side of the upper part of Cwm-Glo, to join the main stem of the system at SO 03440659.

1905 (OS 6-inch 2nd Edn.): The line had been cut back to the junction with a new branch at
SO 02900534. Track south of the junction removed.
