Ynys Methodist Sunday School was built in 1868. It is a single-storey building with a long wall elevation on the road side. It has a recessed entrance bay at the left-hand end which has three steps up to a wooden-boarded door with a shallow overlight. At eaves level, above the door, is a small window with margin panes. The three flat-headed sash windows in the long wall have horns and margin panes. The school is clad in pebbledash and has a slate roof with shaped slates and glazed roof lights.
