1. This garden in marked on the OS 25 inch plans of Brecknocks 1888, 2005, XXVI plan 15, where it is shown as having a conservatory, sundial kitchen garden and gardener's cottage, lawns and remarkable picturesque walks which in reality are terraced about the A40 on the opposite (S) side of the road from the house.
