Description
This site, the home of an Everest of the eponymous fountain, is depicted on the OS 25 inch plans of Brecknocks, s 1888, 1904, XXLI. On the First edition, it has a little wooded shelter belting rather than parkland, a long carriagie drive, and conservatories at the house. There is a walled kitchen garden quartered with paths and a large glasshouse on the outer S Wall. There are notably three fountains and at least three ponds . By the second edition a sundial has appeared and steps built downslope from the front of the house.
