Description
A deserted rural settlement situated 3615m East of Llangammarch Wells, on a South-East facing slope at the head of Stream Valley. The settlement consists of a longhouse, NPRN 242014, and a long hut, NPRN 242015. These are probably associated with the enclosures NPRN 90522 located 25m to the south which includes a pillow mound NPRN 242017. It is thought possible that this settlement was the dwelling of the warrener who would have looked after the rabbit warren, NPRN 90329, with the pillow mound close by being for the breeding does.
