Caersalem Newydd Baptist Chapel was built in 1840 and enlarged/rebuilt in 1873. The later chapel is constructed in the Classical style with two storeys and round-headed windows. Caersalem is now Grade 2 Listed for its fine pilastered facade and good interior detail.
