Bethesda Independent Chapel was built in 1889 and modified in 1907. By 2009 Bethsda had been demolished.

The building was in use as a Hyper Value store from 1980 to 2006. After demolition of the chapel, the site was redeveloped as affordable housing, named Cwrt Bethesda, in c2014.
