DescriptionEngine shaft sunk 1850-53; 25 ft waterwheel for pumping and driving a crushing mill; 20 ft waterwheel for a drawing machine. Blende (zinc ore) and lead ore were produced.

Working ocurred 1850-56, 1858-9 and 1871-5, the site was reworked in the e.20th C.
Surface remains include an open shaft, and levels entrances. Some e.20th C. buildings surviving of corrugated iron upon conrete bases. Cottage may be reused mine office.
