Previously unrecorded, this house platform lies on the W bank of Nant Cwm Llwyd, some 250m NNW of Ty'n-y-Waun farmhouse.
The terrace measures approximately 12.5m long (ESE-WNW) by 5m wide at the hood. The E, streamward, end of the platform has been damaged by stream erosion, and what appears to be the lip of the terrace is only visible at the SE corner. The hood (which is embanked on the S side) is 1.6m high and the edge of the terrace, where visible, about 0.8m high.
