A chambered long cairn, c.40m ENE-WSW by 17.5m and 0.9m high, defined by drystone walling, with a megalithic chamber opening onto a recessed forecourt at the ENE end.
Excavated 1914, finds included a range of IA-med material indicating secondary use.
A range of stones lie to the E & SE of this monument (Nprn307726).
