Site Record

Salem Methodist Chapel was built in 1773, rebuilt in 1867 and rebuilt again in 1937. The later chapel was built in the Arts and Crafts style with a mixture of round-headed and segmentally-arched windows and door openings, leaded glazing, pronounced steepped dressings in pecked stonework and a gable-entry plan.
