Carmel Methodist Chapel was built in 1875, with additions/modifications made in 1930. The present chapel, datd 1875, is built in a mixture of the Simple Round-Headed and Romanesque styles with a gable-entry plan. The central triple window was modified in 1930, and contains leaded glass with Art Nouveau motifs in coloured glass.
