Collection of miscellaneous material relating to Leighton Park/Powys Estate, gathered by Stephen Hughes and Susan Fielding. The collection includes: list of Powys Estate building plans; photocopy of undated sales particulars for "freehold and agricultural properties in the vicinity of Churchstoke"; photocopy of sales particulars for the Brynllywarch Estate, dated 1919; photocopy of sales particulars for "portions of the Glansevern estate.......and the Llangurig Estate, dated 1915; Carl Doring's notes on turbines and notes on the Naylor family. Includes the Leighton Park Estate Report of Student Survey (3 volumes dated 1987, 1988 and 1989), and RCAHMW's questionnaire and responses from the late Mr Sutton, Ron Perry and others.
