Description

Llansanffraid-Ym-Mechain Methodist Chapel was built in 1878 in the Simple Round-Headed style with a gable entry plan. It has red brick walls and a slate roof with buff and vitreous brick voussoirs and lacing courses. The windows and door have a fanlight with radiating tracery in their heads. The front gable has a slate-roofed and gabled open-sided trellis porch with bargeboard, finial and red crest tiles. Inside, the chapel has painted plaster walls and a plaster arch behind pulpit.
