Description
Parc, a derelict single storey cottage, is situated 100m to the north of the B4319 in Merrion. It has a massive fireplace, chimney and oven - all characteristically sited to one side. This suggests the building is of one age as do the bed and outshuts. The house has been re-built at the lower end, where there is a modern or modernised parlour. The building was built of stone with pitched roof ' partially slated and partially with corrugated metal covering.
