A roughly oval enclosure, about 52m north-east to south-west by 32m, banked, ditched and counterscarped, the circuit is not preserved on the south-east.
The site lies about 235m north-east of the Llanmelin Wood enclosures (Nprn301559): trenching across the defences, in 1930-32, produced Iron Age pottery from the banks, overlain by deposites containing 12th century AD material.
