A small square concrete base for a 30 foot tall steel lattice mast, part of an extensive support system for an elevated counterpoise for the 1914 long wave antenna array, installed ca. 1919 to replace a former, buried ground screen. It measures 0.5m square by 0.2m high, with embedded remnant steel lattice feet.
