A rectangular concrete base, of uncertain purpose. It measures 1m long by 0.5m wide and up to 0.25m high. It may have been related to the erection phase of 1923, lattice mast 16, or to triatic raising/lowering. It has an embedded iron loop at centre with two, separately-attached iron rings, suggesting it may have been used with ropes.
