1 to 3 College Street, Wrexham consists of three interconnecting early 19th century terraced buildings. A series of 4 phases of construction were identified during a survey of the buildings. It is thought that the
buildings were constructed as a terraced series of combination shops and dwellings. The styling of the property is typical of the early Victorian Period, and the external appearance maintains a high level of its original form.
