Description

A small, slightly oval, cairn lies on a broad shelf at about 350m above O.D. overlooking the Hepste valley.
The mound is a concentrated scatter of mixed grade stones and small boulders some of which lie around the perimeter (especially on the west) so as to suggest a kerb. The largest such boulder (on the north) is 1m long and 0.4m wide. Overall the cairn measures 6.6m (N-S) by 4.6m. Its shape has perhaps been distorted by the addition of material to its south side.
