1 plan entitled "House at Llwyngwril for Lewis Thomas" (undated), 1 rough sketch of the same (undated), and one plan entitled "Proposed alterations to house at Llwynygwril for Lewis Thomas, Esq", dated and stamped 1937. The design of the house to which alterations are proposed is much simpler/modest than the original designs in the first two drawings. All plans feature a block plan, showing the location of the house, and noting a Rough Sketch Plan Bungalow at Llwyngwril. The house as designed by Ellis, and shown in the first two sketches, still exists and is called Ty Du. It is possible that as Ty Du is part of a larger farm, the building indicated in the third sketch is located elsewhere on the farm. The plan is dated October 1927.
