A small reservoir shown on the 1891 Ordnance Survey map. A dam, NPRN 285515, blocked a small stream at the southern end of the reservoir. When the site was visited in June 2005, the reservoir no longer held water although it was marked by a very boggy area. It measured approximately 65m northeast-southwest by 25m. The reservoir appears to have been created to supply water to the South Cambrian and Brynyrafr lead mines during the 19th century. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 3 January 2006
