Disgrifiad
Dinas-ddu is a small, rubblestone-built farmstead with house and stable forming a linear plan under a continuous slate roof. The house forms the north-eastern end of the range, marked by chimney stacks on both gables; the former stable forms the south-western end, and its upper floor is accessed via an external stair on the gable end. To the rear (north-west) of the house is a dairy extension under a catslide roof, and the presence of a wheelpit shows that there was a waterwheel, now removed. Water was brought from a stream to the south-west by an aqueduct 190 metres long to a small pond just above the dairy.
