Bron Villa is located about 300m south east of the crossroads at the centre of Caerwedros. It is named on the first and second editions of the 25-inch Ordnance Survey maps, published in 1889 and 1905 respectively, and appears on these maps as four buildings facing the road, joined end-to-end. Little appears to have changed in modern editons of the Orndance Survey maps.

Photogtaphy by Arthur Chater in August 1969 shows that there were three attahced houses, all two storey, with rendered walls, a slate roof, and a chimney each (the house nearest the camera had two chimneys). The house nearest the camera (presumable the villa itself) had three windows on the first elevation, and a central door with a window either side on the ground floor. Google street view shows that little has changed since the 1960s, although the house nearest the camera has lost a chimney, and the two houses further away from the camera now have unrendered stone walls on the fron elevations, and porches to the front doors.

Chater notes that Bron Villa 'was formerly called Fron Villa, and [was] the home of the Rev. Daniel Hughes of Capel Gwndwn
