DisgrifiadEarl Buildings is a large, three-storey eighteenth century building, with later alterations. It has a four-bay scribed cement render front with pedoment treatment and pilasters. The right hand bay is set back slightly and possibly later. The present roof is cement tiles with the chimneys removed. There is a small flat roofed lead dormer with small panes to the right slope of the "pediment" roof.
The first and second floor has sash windows whilst the ground floor has modern shopfronts.
