DisgrifiadA slightly advanced and raised building that acts as a pavilion in the row of houses on the southern side of Alban Square, built in by 1845. This is a three bay two storey stuccoed building rising to a hipped slate roof. The central doorway opens onto a central corridor and stair with a sigle room to either side on the ground floor. At the rear are two adjoining gabled rear wings. One of these contained a vault and the building may have been a public house at some stage.
