DisgrifiadThis fish trap complex is a scheduled ancient monument. Fish traps comprise the remains of low stone walls, a single boulder high, some of which still retain water at low tide. A charter of 1184 records that the goredi (fish traps) of Llanddewi Aberarth were offered to the monastery of Strata Florida. They remained in use until the 1930s.
