Blaenrhondda Methodist Chapel was built in 1894 in the Vernacular style of the gable entry type. The building has a steep pitched gable roof, and a central sedmentally headed doorway and fanlight glazed with marginal glazing. This is flanked by two segmentally headed windows also with marginal glazing, and a smaller, similar window in the apex of the gable with plain sash glazing. A small stone plaque reads ENGLISH WESLAYAN CHAPEL 1844.
