A hooded and terraced house platform measuring 15m north-west to south-east by 6.5m, set in a south-east facing slope below the crest of a hill.
House platforms such as this are typical of upland settlement in the region from at least the thirteenth century onwards and would have been associated with small scale cultivation and seasonal grazing.
There are further house platforms along the slopes to the north-east (NPRN 15350, 307277, 15349).
