1. Late 18th Century. 3 storeys, symmetrical, plum coloured brick, old slate roof, 3 steps.

2. A late Georgian, probably early nineteenth century town house, built as a pair, 'Bulkeley Place', with number 4 Castle Street (NPRN 15616). It has three storeys and presents a three bay street frontage with a central door. It is brick-built with a hipped slate roof and roughcast chimney stacks.
The house is depicted on the town plan of 1829 and was still a private dwelling in 1937. Subsequently became a tearoom, this being married to the shop next door (number 4).

The garden to the rear is enclosed by a nineteenth century wall (NPRN 15615). 'The Mews' is the former coach house and stables.
