DisgrifiadLate seventeenth century ornamental gatepiers set at the entrance to the cobbled stableyard (NPRN 31100) at the contemporary mansion of Tros-y-marian (NPRN 15911). Part of an extensive scheme of grounds and gardens (NPRN 301204), the piers guard the inner end of the main approach or drive that joins the public road some 300m to the south, opposite Ty'n-y-gate.
These are stone square section piers with moulded capping and ball finials.
