Disgrifiad
Nineteenth century industrial building constructed as a corn mill, and dated 1869 by a plaque on the front elevation. Three storeys, stone, seven windows of casements, which mostly retain their original fittings. Slate roof. At the southern end there is a three-storey house which matches and extends the main elevation, cement rendered. Modern extensions and porches at the front of the building. There is a similar building to the rear. Four storeys, stone, six windows. Linked to the main building by later extensions. On the south end wall there is a hoist with small gabled roof.

The mill was steam powered and had a mix of traditional corn-grinding stones and later roller mill equipment. It was served by the narrow-gauge Croesor Tramway: large-scale Ordnance Survey mapping shows a covered loading bay set over the tracks of the main line with a passing loop to the west of the buildings.
