The former vicarge to the new St Mary's Church (NPRN 418661), erected in 1882-1883. The house is situated within a rectilinear curtillage, adjacent to the church, and is probably contemporary. Its features, including shuttered windows and pillared sun porch, are Victorian. The house is depicted as 'Beeches' on modern Ordnance Survey mapping.
