Sketty Hall, Swansea, is medium sized country house originally built c.1758 for Mansel (Dawkin) Mansel; extended in the late 18th century, in 1802 (date over doorway), and c.1820; there were also alterations to the front after 1888 by Richard Glyn Vivian by the addition of third storey and carved architectural enrichments. There is a pitched slate roof behind parapets with band courses, carved heads set over windows (formerly swagged), and balustraded aprons to the outer bays. A cantilevered balcony was removed from the central bay. The large balustraded Doric porch has twin columns and a central half-glazed door. The interior was altered and subdivided in conversion to offices post 1945.

Associated with Sketty Park (Nprn: 28736).
