Disgrifiad1. Early 17th century. Half-timbered. Structurally renovated. No original internal features. Inside porch dated 1610. (M.C. Vol. 17, 1884).
2. A winged hall-house having a half-timbered facade (SE facing), timber framed above rubble-built ground floor elsewhere. The chimneys are 19th c. brick.
The porch, possibly an addition to the main fabric, is dated 1610.
An illustration of 1884 shows the main facade set above a raised garden terrace and there is a tradition that the house was originally moated.
