A C16th estate associated with David Lloyd Meredith, sometimes called 'Garthfagu'. An early storeyed house survives (NPRN 81079) with a C17th barn (NPRN 97544) standing parallel to the house, now incorporated in a courtyard group (NPRN 97545).
